I uploaded to the CWE the following two files:

   "201112 921x1r2[Draft 201112].doc": This is the latest version of the
   Framework

[Draft].pdf

   "201112 Framework - ASN1.txt": This is the ASN.1 extracted from the
   Framework and stored in a text format
   http://cwe.ccsds.org/css/docs/CSS-CSTS/CWE%20Private/CSTS%20Framework%20and%20Concept/201112%20Framework%20-%20ASN1.txt

I checked the ASN.1 syntax and corrected the errors.
