[Css-csts] A#10-0510S : position of the respective organizations about the need for the RUFT Service versus RAD Service

Dear CSTS WG colleagues , 

 

After discussion with our operational teams, we can say that today there is no need at CNES for a RAD service. Only a RUFT service (bitstream) could be useful for us in some cases.
