[Css-csts] START Cyclic report with list of lists

Dear Colleagues,

Francois sent me a few days ago a summary of discussions held during fall
meeting. Concerning future tests for the Monitored Data Service Prototype
I've seen that Tim proposed the following cases :
- Monitoring of 5 individual parameters
- Monitoring of default list
- Monitoring of 2 lists
Currently the Cyclic procedure definition (and its associated ASN.1) does
NOT foresee the possibility inside the START operation to select
simultaneously several lists of parameters (See 4.7.3.1.2.2.1 in Framework
doc v0.21).
Nevertheless there is always the possibility to start retrieval of one list
for a procedure instance and the retrieval of a second list on another
procedure instance.
The question is : should we modify the framework (and ASN.1) to allow, for
the cyclic report START operation, the possibility to retrieve a list of
lists ?
