[Css-csts] Typo in FCLTU spec regarding FTCF service

Wolfgang,

Peter Shames' comments regarding FTCF caused me to do a search on "FTCF"
in the FCLTU Pink Book. In the second paragraph of section 2.7
(Operational Scenario) is the sentence "At the scheduled start time of
the space link session, the SLE Complexes involved establish the forward
link to the spacecraft and initiate the production of Forward CLTU
service and, if applicable, of the underlying FTCF and Forward CLTU
services." 

 

Certainly FTCF service does not underlie the production or provision of
the FCLTU service, and I don't think the statement about the "underlying
Forward CLTU service" is correct, either. Also, since the FCLTU service
is provided by the ground station, only one Complex can be involved in
the provision of any single instance of FCLTU service. I think that
changing this to simply "At the scheduled start time of the space link
session, the SLE Complex establishes the forward link to the spacecraft
and initiates the production of Forward CLTU service." is correct and
gets rid of any reference to the currently non-existent FTCF service.
This is the only reference to FTCF in the FCLTU spec, and if that
problem is fixed it should remove any FTCF-related objections.
