[Css-csts] Resolution for publication of updated SLE Blue Books

The CSS AD has approved the following resolutions.

CSS-R-2009-12-001  (Resolution concerning the publication of updated SLE Blue Books)

The CSS Area,

CONSIDERING that The SLE Transfer Services have been implemented by multiple CCSDS member agencies, including CNES, ESA, JAXA and NASA;

and CONSIDERING that CCSDS is generally obligated to examine and update its recommendations as needed on a regular basis;

and CONSIDERING that operational experience gained from operations of SLE Transfer Services by CCSDS member agencies require updates to the SLE books to revise service semantics in accordance with real-world operations;

and RECOGNIZING that all five updated SLE Blue Books have undergone proper agency reviews and subsequent RID dispositions;

RESOLVES that the CCSDS Secretariat publish recommendations CCSDS 911.1 (SLE-RAF), CCSDS 911.2 (SLE-RCF), CCSDS 911.5 (SLE-ROCF), CCSDS 912.1 (SLE-FCLTU), and CCSDS 912.3 (SLE-FSP) as updated CCSDS Blue Books.
