You are right I renamed the type from BuffDataDelStartPosReturnExt to
BuffDataDelStartPosInvocExt

Typo in ASN.1 portion of spec?  About 1/3 down page D-27 of version 0.19.
This section defines the StartInvocation:extensionParameter, but the name is
‘BuffDataDelStartPosReturnExt’.
