[Css-csts] CSTS Draft Agenda

Dear all,

You will find attached the proposed agenda for our week in Berlin.

There are some items on the agenda that I would like to clarify:
   Our CSTS meeting will start on Monday afternoon so that we have a chance
   to participate to the opening of the Cross-Support Architecture on Monday
   morning.
   Monday afternoon, it would be interesting to get a summary status of the
   SLE implementation in our Agencies. To that end I would appreciate if you
   could prepare a short presentation showing the implementation status and
   the plans.
   Tuesday morning will be dedicated to a cross area meeting with SM&C
   Objective of the meeting:
      - Reciprocal understanding of service concepts in SM&C, CSTS and SM
      - Reciprocal understanding of current service standardisation effort
        (messaging patterns, messaging structures, colour of books, ...) in
   SM&C, CSTS and SM
      - Brainstorm to identify means to harmonise (if needed)
   Proposed agenda:
      - Presentation of services in SM&C
      - Presentation of services in CSTS
      - Presentation of services in SM
      - Brainstorm on harmonisation potential and means to achieve it (All)
   Input material to the meeting:
      - SM&C: SM&C roadmap document, SM&C available draft documents
      - CSTS: presentation
      - SM: presentation
   Wednesday at 11:00 we will have a common session with Service Management
   to discuss the mechanism for introducing Service Management for new
   services.
