[Css-csts] A method of specifying services

Dear all,

Attached please find a copy of my presentation on a method of specifing 
services. I would like to talk about it at the joint meeting on services 
on Tuesday morning.

This is based on my research work on extending RM-ODP (Reference Model 
of Open Distributed Processing). Its basic portion draws on RM-ODP but 
it contains a lot extensions that I'm discussing with the RM-ODP community.
