Dear all,

I have to apologise for not having sent a note regarding our teleconference. Unfortunately I was so busy in the last weeks that I could not organise and prepare the teleconference.

I would like to propose a new date for the teleconference. Would you be available on the 31.07, 01.08, 02.08?
