I wish you all happy new year and a successful CCSDS year.

I updated the CCSDS Web site with the following documents:
   Documentation status: "CSTS Status List 1.8.xls" In case I forgot
   something, please let me know.
   "Updated SLE API books Jan-2007.zip" ("SLE API" directory)
   "Differences between SLE V1 and V2.pdf" ("SLE Services" directory). This
   document was produced by Vega some times ago.
