[Css-csts] CCSDS Web Site - CSTS Updates

 Dear all,

I uploaded on the CWE web sites the following documents:
   "SLE Toolkit Procedure" folder of the private documents: "CSTS Procedures
   Definition Recommendation 0.5.doc" including the "Buffered Data Delivery"
   procedure.
   In the root of the private documents: "CSTS - Status List 1.5.xls" listing
   the latest available documents
   In the root of the private documents: "SLE Toolkit CCR 11 2006.mdb"
   updated with new CCR derived from the "Procedure Definition
   Recommendation"
   "CSTS Charter" folder of the private documents: the latest charter.

This mail closes the following actions:
- A#14-0206: Buffered Data delivery
- A#03-0606: ASN.1 definition
- A#06-0905: "Toolkit 4 boxes book" covered with the book "CSTS Procedures
Definition Recommendation 0.5.doc".

I note that quite a number of actions are still open and I hope one can close
them before our next meeting.
