[Css-cssm-info] CSSM draft standard- Abstract Event Definition - available for review

A draft standard relating to Cross Support Service Management (CSSM) is available for agency review.  It is a "building block" type standard as it does not directly define a data format for inter-agency exchange of management type information.

The Abstract Event Definition provides an expression of an event in the abstract for use by other CCSDS specifications. For CSSM, the abstract event definition is used to provide expression of events for such emerging recommendations as the service request and service package.
