[Css-cssm-info] CCSDS Simple Schedule format is now a CCSDS standard

I am pleased to announce that the CCSDS Cross Support Service Management (CSSM) recommendation, 902.1, Simple Schedule Format Specification, is now officially a CCSDS Blue Book.  I anticipate it will appear on the list of CCSDS publications on the CCSDS website within the next few days.
