If you're happy with the following resolution, I'd be grateful if you could forward it to the appropriate people as Neil suggests.

The resolution is:

"Having successfully completed the publication of all the deliverables stated in its charter, the Cross Support Concept and Reference Model Working Group will terminate its activities with immediate effect."

  Hugh,

  Write a resolution and submit to your Area Director saying that your working group has published the deliverables stated in the charter, etc, etc.  and will terminate.  The AD will send it up through the ranks so all are informed and the Secretariat can make the appropriate changes to the Operating Plan and web site.

  Neil,

  Now the books have been approved, the Cross Support Concept and Reference Model WG can be closed down. What do I need to do to make this happen? The procedures manual just says that "when a WG has fulfilled its charter, it shall cease operations".
