Mike,
Good point of order, not a senior moment! But when *should* we
close the loop with the RIDs? The schedule from October calls for this
draft to circulate to the working group, then to the area at the end of
January, then to the secretariat spring 2004 for publication as a pink book.
Somehow RIDs never entered into the picture.

Please excuse the following question---I'm afraid I'm having a "senior
moment"---but I feel a need to clarify a fairly basis point.
It is my understanding that the recent traffic on the Css-crm mailing list
is to agree on the final contents of the RM Pink Sheets that will be given
to the Secretariat in order to submit the Pink Sheets formally to the
Agencies for review.
It is my further understanding that we are *not* dispositioning formal
Agency RIDs (on previously published Pink Sheets) in order to hand over a
final Blue Book Issue 2 to the Secretariat.
Am I still in the right ballpark, or have I really lost it completely this
time?
