[CSS-CLOUD] Concept Book: Cloud Considerations

Hello Holger,

Thank you for advancing the CDDS concept book.  I have added some comments, including a small laundry list of potential Cloud Considerations.  I edited the document directly in the CWE - I concur that this is a good step forward as we know have a much more collaborative editing capability.  I look forward to the teleconference tomorrow.

To get the Cloud Considerations started I drafted a few pages. Please have a look; bear in mind that I am not the cloud expert. As such I am happy to completely revise the section if needed. Please use comment or change the document directly on the CWE. With the CWE update we made a big step forward. It seems now straightforward to edit a shared document on CWE, that is making things a lot easier.
