Cloud BOF Colleagues,

At the upcoming CCSDS Spring 2024 meetings, the plan calls for two CDDS (Cloud Data Delivery Standards) WG (transitioning from a BOF) meetings. The times and proposed agendas are as follows:

Tuesday, April 30, 15:45 - 17:30 EDT (19:45 - 21:30 UTC)
*         WG Charter Review
*         Draft Workplan

Thursday, May 2, 08:45 - 10:30 EDT (12:45 - 14:30 UTC)

  *   Charter Approval
  *   Workplan Approval/Assignments
  *   Telecon Schedule

Currently, I have the following list of people who will be participating in the WG or expressed an interest in doing so. Holger Dreihahn has indicated he is willing to chair the WG and Erik Barkley is willing to serve in the deputy chair role.

If your name is listed above, can you please indicate if you will be participating in the WG? Also, if you are receiving this email but your name is not listed and you would like to participate in the working group can you please reply to this email and indicate that you will be participating in the working group?

May I also please request an indication if you plan to attend the upcoming CDDS meetings? If you do plan to attend, can you please indicate If in-person, or virtually? Unfortunately, the CCSDS Registration is not carrying the CDDS BOF/WG meetings on its listing. We will likely be using either the CSTS or the CSSM meeting room for the meeting. I look forward to getting the WG underway.

Best regards,

Erik Barkley
