[CSS-CLOUD] Telecon reminder + proposed agenda for March 16

CSS Cloud BOF Colleagues,

A reminder that our next telecon is on March 16.  Below please find the proposed agenda.   Also below is the set of potential books for an eventual working group.  Reviewing the proposed set of  books is the only open action for the BOF at the moment.  I look forward to speaking with everyone tomorrow.
