Do we know who will be representing SCaN here? The use of the word
"summit" implies (in my mind, anyway) that someone thinks that the real
decision makers are going to attend and make some binding decisions.

will be Webex available):

You are invited you to participate in the Cx-SCaN Communications and
Navigation Summit, July 26-27, 2007, at the Ohio Aerospace Institute in
Cleveland, Ohio. 

The purpose of this Summit is to bring together Constellation and SCIP
in a
face-to-face meeting to address a number of important issues for the
Orion
Missions and Lunar Missions that are currently in Space Exploration
Missions
formulation and SCaN missions and technologies.
