Dear CESG-All and CMC Delegates,
I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your patience regarding details about the Spring 2026 meeting. A meeting host and location has now been selected, however, due to a much shorter turnaround period, our meeting dates were ultimately selected by the host organization.
The Spring 2026 meetings will be hosted by the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez<https://www.uprm.edu/portada/> on May 25-29, with the CESG and CMC meetings held the following week June 1-3.
Technical Plenary Poll: Please reply to me if you are unable to attend meetings during the week of May 25-29, 2026, and nominate a replacement for your role as a working group chair.
Management Week Poll: If you are a CESG or CMC member and are unable to attend during the proposed dates June 1-3, please reply to me, and nominate a replacement for your role as Area Director or CMC delegate.
