[CMC] [SIS-DTN] Poll for SIS-DTN WG deputy chair candidates

Dear Sami, all,

As you may know, the current deputy chair of the SIS-DTN WG Kiyohisa Suzuki from JAXA as stepped down and a replacement must be found.

A first consultation has been run at WG level and identified Felix Flentge from ESA (whose CV is herewith attached) as possible replacement. In compliancy to CCSDS A02.1-Y-4, I'm kindly asking you all to check whether you have any additional candidates to propose for such a role. If so, please send me your nomination with the CV of the candidate by September 30th (eob).
