[CMC] CMC poll: Approval to publish 141.0-B-2 and 142.0-B-2

Dear Sami,

My understanding is that all votes we have done during the meeting are only to be archived in the online system without voting again.
If CMC votes again, it fights the purpose of taking benefit from the in-person meeting.
