[CMC] CCSDS MOIMS Area - Appointment of new Chair for the Spacecraft Monitoring and Control WG

 Dear colleagues,

With my appointment as MOIMS AD, I would like to step down from my role as the SM&C WG Chair.
The WG consensus is to propose Mr. Olivier Churlaud as new chair of the WG.

In compliance with the CCSDS A02.1-Y-4 I would like to query the CMC members if there are additional candidates to be considered before initiating the CESG poll for the appointment.
Please let me know by 09.06.. if you would like to propose an additional candidate.
