[CMC] CMC meeting part of Spring Meeting

Dear CMC members,

We typically plan two days for our meeting.  This Spring, we will likely meet for one day with a full agenda and dinner and keep the second day optional for any overflow topics.

It happens that 19 June is an official holiday in the US, but I am sure we can find a location if we need to meet, since APL is not a government agency.

We are also lining up the Plenary session of the first day of the technical week to be more interesting than the usual reports.  We will send an agenda soon.  If you are interested in listening in, and the time zone difference is workable for you, we can arrange for a Teams link.
