This is the current plan (and subject to UKSA signing the contracts):

Mon, 4Nov
Opening Plenary will be at the Clayton Chiswick Hotel (626 Chiswick High Rd., Chiswick, London W4 5RY, United Kingdom)

Mon-Wed (4,5,6th Nov) The technical meetings will be split between: Clayton Chiswick Hotel (626 Chiswick High Rd., Chiswick, London W4 5RY, United Kingdom) and British Standards Institution London Office
(389 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 4AL)

Wednesday reception will be a location in London. We have not fully arranged this and hope to have this information in the next few weeks.

Thursday to Friday all the technical meetings will be held at BSI.
