[CMC] [CCSDS] Appointment of the SIS-MIA chair

Dear Sami, Colleagues of CMC,


As mentioned during the SIS area reporting during last week CMC meeting, Rodney Grubbs has concluded his NASA emeritus status on June 7th and since there the position of SIS-MIA WG chair is vacant.  After some additional discussions within the WG, on Friday I've finally received the confirmation that the current WG deputy chair, i.e. Falk Schiffner (DLR), can take over such a role (there were initially some contractual issues that have been solved with his management) and indeed looking forward to starting working as new leader of the WG.
Nevertheless, in order to make the process fair and open to other nominations, I'd like to invite you all to check within your agencies whether you may want to indicate additional candidates for such a position. As usual, SIS-MIA being an already existing WG, I'd appreciate if you could return your indications until August 1st (i.e. for a window of 1 month starting from today).
