[CMC] [DATES & LOCATION SELECTED] Spring 2025 Technical Plenary and CESG + CMC

Dear CESG-All,

Thank you for your patience regarding details about the Spring 2025 meeting. A meeting host and location has been selected, however, due to a shorter turnaround period and many logistical factors to be considered, the dates were ultimately selected by the host organization.

The Spring 2025 meetings will be hosted by the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU-APL) in Laurel, MD on June 9-13, with the CESG and CMC meetings held the following week June 16-19, 2025 (pending confirmation for dates of management week).

Technical Plenary Poll: Please reply if you are not able to attend meetings during the week of June 9-13, 2025.

Management Week Poll: If you are a CESG or CMC member, and are unable to attend during the proposed dates June 16-19, please advise.

The CCSDS Secretariat is currently deciding between two different NASA-affiliated hosts in the US for the 2025 CCSDS Spring Technical Plenary and CESG Meetings, for now we need to select the best dates for the meetings to occur. As soon as possible, please vote by replying to me with your first and second choices (below) for the meeting activities as we need to communicate this ASAP to our potential meeting host(s). Voting will close Thursday, September 26 4PM/EDT.
