[CMC] Formal NASA nomination for the position of CCSDS SIS-DTN WG chair

Thank you Sami for the formal candidature of Bob Durst.

As no other candidates were returned by the other agencies until yesterday which was the extended deadline I've indicated for this nomination, I think the process can be now considered closed and it will be now up to CESG to decides about the suitability of the candidate prior to announce the new WG chair.

Dear Tomaso,

As the NASA head of delegation to CCSDS, the NASA delegates decided to nominate a candidate to the currently vacant position SIS-DTN Working Group Chair.

This is our formal nomination.

The NASA nominee, Bob Durst.

Bob is at MITRE, like his predecessor, in the Washington DC area.  He previously held the SIS AD role and is well suited for the task.
