[CMC] CCSDS MOIMS Area - Appointment of new Deputy Chair for the Spacecraft Monitoring and Control WG

Dear colleagues,

The deputy chair of the MOIMS SM&C WG, Scott Reaves, is no longer available (confirmed by NASA) and needs to be replaced.
The WG consensus is to propose Mr. Costin Radulescu (NASA) as new deputy chair of the WG.

In compliance with the CCSDS A02.1-Y-4 I would like to query the CMC members if there are additional candidates to be considered before initiating the CESG poll for the appointment.
Please let me know by 15.09. if you would like to propose an additional candidate.
