[CMC] Please Reply - Projected Attendance for the Fall 2022 CCSDS Meetings

I would ask that each CMC member reply to this email sharing their agency's position on in-person attendance for the Fall CCSDS meetings, scheduled for 17-28 October 2022. Having conferred with Sami Asmar, I have included NASA's position in this message.

Dear Sylvain,

I am defaulting to a real in-person meeting so far.  However, Brian will send one more quick poll to the members to see if their agencies are allowing travel.  All indications are positive, but the numbers for COVID have been unpredictable.

We assume you are still OK with hosting and there are no specific concerns at CNES.

The CMC directs the Secretariat to be in the conversation in deciding on hosting the fall 2022 meetings in-person or remotely

CNES requires a final answer no later than 15 July 2022

Due Date: 30 June 2022
