[CMC] Second User Focus Group - CCSDS Polling System

CMC and CESG Members,

Thank you all for responding to the poll I sent out. 23 September was the date with the highest possible attendance for this meeting, including anyone who was unable to attend our first meeting.

We would like to discuss our plans for the polling system, but mostly we want to hear from polling system users about their experiences and what you would like to see in the new system.
