Subject: Doodle Polls for the CMC

Dear CMC Members,

As was mentioned in the CMC meeting last week, several informal polls are required relating to upcoming meetings. Please respond to all three of these polls by Friday, 9 July 2021.

The first is a poll to select dates for the CMC's midterm telecon in August 2021. https://doodle.com/poll/ikfh7i4r2gy8d3he

Next, a poll asking each agency to respond with whether their agency's current travel policy will allow its members to attend the Fall 2021 Tech Plenary, CESG, and CMC meetings scheduled for 18-28 October in Toulouse, France. https://doodle.com/poll/uw76nrf2pumpky79

Last, a poll to select dates for the CMC's spring 2022 meeting in Tokyo, Japan. The options are:

  *   24-27 May 2022
  *   31 May - 3 June 2022
  *   7-10 June 2022
These three options are all Tuesday-Friday allowing for the CMC meeting and a technical tour arranged by JAXA. Please keep in mind that Japan's rainy season begins in mid-June. https://doodle.com/poll/77me8673m93hfcdk
