[CMC] Fall 2021 CCSDS Meeting Decision Deadline Extended

Dear Michael-san and all,

Regarding the CMC action of updating the agency asset information in the SS&A registry,
I, as JAXA AR, initiated this action, while, I encountered some issues/questions in designating some items in the registry.

Attached summarizes my comments/questions, and I propose this to be on the agenda for the next midterm telecon so that we can share ideas on this subject.

Your consideration would be appreciated.

Dear CMC Members,

Thank you all for participating in the informal poll about the fall 2021 CCSDS Meetings. CNES has been able to secure an extension to the previous deadline, 15 July, for making a decision about hosting these meetings in person or remotely. The new deadline is 3 September 2021. This will allow the CMC to discuss the meetings at the midterm meeting next month.

I have again created an informal poll to collect information on agencies ability to attend the meetings in-person, https://doodle.com/poll/acrf75x2b7989eax. Please only respond to this poll when you have a clear view of your agency's travel policy. There will still be an option o send a comment to the Secretariat if your agency's travel policy is not clear at that time. I will send a later reminder to respond to this poll before the CMC midterm meeting.

On the subject of the midterm meeting, 23-27 August seems to be the best option, but the previously proposed date of 25 August is not ideal. I have created a new poll to select the best date from 23 to 27 August to hold the midterm meeting, https://doodle.com/poll/mi3ab6vykr78s762. Please respond to this poll no later than 30 July 2021.
