Dear Margherita,

My intention had been to send an email to the CCSDS-All mailing list this coming Friday after we have had a final review and finalized our deployment schedule. We will inform the community of what to expect during the transition over 10-11 October. I agree it may be more appropriate to make this announcement now and if our plans change, issue a correction later. I am meeting with Brian Oliver later this afternoon and will bring this up then. If Brian concurs, I will send this email after our meeting

Due to the large size of the CCSDS community, more than 700 individuals, holding a review session for everyone just isn't practical. On Sunday evening, 11 October, I will be announcing to CCSDS the deployment of the new website. At this time I will ask that everyone take a few minutes and explore the new site. I will also provide instructions for sending feedback to the Secretariat. Brian Oliver and I have set aside several weeks to address feedback from the CCSDS community, prioritize improvements, and make updates to the site.

Best regards,

Michael Blackwood

Dear Michael,
I was thinking if you can send an e-mail to the whole CCSDS community, to inform about the deployment date of the new CCSDS website.
@Steve, is this all right with you ?

Are we going to request comments to the community - on top of the chances already given via the the two "live" sessions
Thank you,
Margherita
