[CMC] Dates for Spring 2021 CMC Meetings hosted by JAXA

Dear CMC Members,

If you have not already done so, please take a moment to respond to this survey, https://doodle.com/poll/84ayxkh72s6bwbgf, about the preferred dates for next spring's CMC Meeting hosted by JAXA in Tokyo, Japan. We would appreciate a greater number of responses before finalizing dates. If you would be able to attend the CMC meetings during either week, please select both options.

>From JAXA's perspective, 25-28 May 2021 would be preferred as Japan's annual rainy season begins in June. 1-4 June 2021 is still an option, but the weather will likely not be as pleasant as the previous week. If possible, the Secretariat and JAXA would like to select a final date during the CMC's meeting this Thursday, 3 December 2020.
