Provisions: ESA -1) Solve the issue to secure ISO Forms for patents before starting this project.
2) In the meanwhile continue the ongoing work on the related Orange Book Project
3) Ensure proper coordination with SLS-RFM WG for proper addressing of RF issues as emissions etc

Comments:  CNSA - ​Can NASA be both ‘Book Editor’ and ’Monitor Only‘?
