Dear Osvaldo and CMC Members,

I would like to note that the items "Respect Intellectual Property" and "Confidentiality of pre-decisional technical discussions" were never a part of the ISO code of conduct and were added solely to the CCSDS code of conduct. Were CCSDS to adopt the new ISO code of conduct, these items could be appended as they were in the past.

An alternate course of action would be to retain CCSDS's current code of conduct and note that the text of the code of conduct is from a past ISO version but CCSDS has not adopted the new ISO code of conduct.

After reading both codes of conduct, I disagree to adopt the new ISO code of conduct
Here the items

-        Respect intellectual Property

-        Confidentially of pre- decisional technical discussions
Are eliminated and the item

-        Behave ethically
Is a little bit exaggerated

For these reasons DLR propose to keep the CCSDS code of conduct as it is now
