The best is to get a taxi from airport to your hotel as public transportation from airport is a bit difficult and then taxi to and from CSA for the meetings. The other option of course is to get a car if you are comfortable with that option. There are also many hotels in downtown Montreal if you would like to stay there for the night life where there are many restaurants and shops available. If you want to stay close to the CSA to avoid morning and evening traffic then there are a few hotels around CSA. One good one is ALT Hotel in Dix-30 (https://www.althotels.com/en/quartierdix30/ about 20 min drive to CSA) where there are also many restaurants and shops available.
