[CMC] CMC Attendance at the June Meeting in Montreal, Canada

Hello everyone,

I just found out that I will also need to know the following info for ALL the CMC participants who will be participating in person at CSA:


1-      full name

2-      country of origin

3-      date of birth

4-      passport number

Also your passport will mandatory for registration every day of the CMC when entering the CSA premises.
Please send me this info as soon as possible. I already have this info for INPE and CNSA participants so no need to re-send the info.

Please remember to send your requests for letters of invitation to the CMC’s meeting in Montreal Canada, 11-13 June 2019 to Siamak Tafazoli (Siamak.Tafazoli at canada.ca<mailto:Siamak.Tafazoli at canada.ca>). Please include a scanned copy of your passport, your affiliation (spelled out, not just an acronym), your job title, and contact information (work physical and email address). If you will have a companion traveling with you, please include this information for them as well. Please do not copy myself or the secretariat mailing list on emails containing copies of your passport.

Also, please let me know if you will be attending the meeting of the CMC in person or will participate remotely. If you will be attending in person, please also let me know if you will have a translator or any other person in attendance with you. Siamak has asked for this information to arrange coffee breaks.
