Dear CMC Members,

I apologize that this was not reported before now. Effective 31 December 
2018, Dr. James Afarin has retired from NASA and from his role as General 
Secretary of CCSDS. I would like to thank Dr. Afarin for his efforts 
leading CCSDS. NASA is currently considering candidates to succeed Dr. 
Afarin as Agency Representative and as General Secretary. NASA has not 
appointed an acting agency representative. 

A final meeting schedule for the spring 2019 CCSDS Technical Meetings has 
been posted to the meeting information page on the public website, 
https://public.ccsds.org/meetings/2019Spring/default.aspx. 

In preparation for the CMC’s Mid Term Telecon, I have prepared a draft 
agenda. Please take a moment to review the agenda and reply with any 
additional topics for discussion or other feedback. I will distribute an 
Outlook Meeting Invitation shortly.

If you have any questions, Cal Ramos or I would be happy to answer them.
