[CMC] Draft Agenda for CMC-Berlin Meetings

Thank you Calvin. As you may know, I only attend one CMC meeting per year due to travel costs restriction and as such I will not be able to join everyone at Berlin. The only update from CSA on item 15.1 on the agenda is that after consultation with CSA management, the decision has been to keep the CMC Spring meeting at CSA HQ in St-Hubert, QC.
