[CMC] Cancellation of my attendance to the CMC Meetings next week

Dear James,

Unfortunately I have had to cancel my trip to the CMC meeting due to urgent meetings on re-organisation called for early next week. Please accept my apologies for this late change of plans.

I have, however, asked Margherita di Giulio to deputise for me and to give the ESA presentation on my behalf. I could make myself available by webex conference due to the time difference if that would be beneficial. Please let me know.
