Betreff: [CMC] CMC Draft Agenda (Spring 2018) & Fall 2019 Technical Plenary Dates

Dear CMC Members,

Attached you will find a draft agenda for the Spring 2018 CCSDS Management Council (CMC) meetings in Beijing, China for your review. Please let me know if you have any additions or changes that you would like made to the agenda by 13 April 2018. I have left a number of open blocks in this version of the agenda for additional topics from the CESG Chair, should they be required.

Additionally, the CESG and ESA have identified the following dates for the Fall 2019 Technical Plenary Meetings and CCSDS Management Council Meetings:

*        Technical Meetings: 21 - 24 October 2019

*        CESG Meeting: 25 October 2019

*        CCSDS Management Council Meeting: 28 - 30 October 2019
As a reminder, per the meeting schedule, the Fall 2019 meetings are scheduled to be held at ESOC. I have also been informed that these dates are the only dates during which the facility will be available without other conflicts. If there are any known issues with these dates, please let me know as soon as possible.
