Yes, it is correct. Since Friendship hotel can't provide enough technical support for our WebEx meeting, we will move the CMC meeting to NSSC campus, as presented as our mid-term meeting, but with your absence;-)

I believe the intent is to follow the revised presentation, provided at the February CMC Mid-Term Teleconference. The hotel identified is the Beijing Park Plaza – Science Park hotel. In which hotel do you have the reservations?

Here said Park Plaza Beijing Science Park, at the 25 Zhichun Road., Hai Dian, 100083 Beijing, China

And the presentation said Beijing Friendship Hotel, No.1, ZhongGuanCun South Street, Haidian Disctrict, Beijing

Dear CMC friends,

The meeting is coming soon. We need to make something clear.

Until now, we received request for invitation letters from NASA, ESA, CNES, CSA, ROSCOSMOS. Colleagues holding some special passports from JAXA and INPE maybe don't need invitations (you need to make this sure with your international department). If anyone else need a letter, please let me know WITHIN this week, since Nestor and maybe others want the letters as soon as possible, and we have a complex procedure to issue the invitations. So, let's make things as simple as possible.

Another thing is that, we have a discounted rate with Park Plaza hotel. It is 568yuan (~90USD)/night for standard room with breakfast for one person, and 80yuan (~13USD) for one extra person. It is cheaper than the price in Booking (https://www.booking.com/hotel/cn/park-plaza-beijing-science-park.en-gb.html). We will reserve rooms for you, and what you need to do is just showing your passport when checking in.

EVERYONE planning to participate this Beijing meeting, please provide photocopy of the information page of your passport, your title/position and employer, and answer the following questions:

1. Do you need room(s)? How many guests in each room (and how many breakfast)? Provide the name of each guest;

2. Your arrival and departure date (this also means how many nights you will stay).

If we reserve too late, the rate can't be guarranteed. So please give your feedback as soon as possible. Let's set the deadline to next Wednesday (March 7). After that, you need to reserve hotels by yourselves. (Of course we can do the reservation after the deadline, but maybe with higher rate)

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me, let's try together to make this meeting success.
