[CMC] Actions placed upon CMC with due date 2017 mid term teleconference

Dear all

and in particular Juan and James

It would be great if ESA and NASA can complete the actions placed upon 
your Agencies during the last CMC meeting in Rome

Action CMC-A-2016-10-03 Open    ESA
The CMC asks ESA to confirm that resources are available to complete the 
CFDP v1 review to complete publication of the blue book. 

Action CMC-A-2016-10-05         Open    NASA
The CMC asks that NASA confirm the 2017 resources [1 WM] for the DOT Green 
Book. 

and one additional action from the notes, which I could not find in the 
CMC action list
 *ACTION* ESA to confirm the 2017 resources [4 WM ? for Book Editor and 
Prototype 1] for the XML Specification for Electronic Data Sheets (EDS) 
Blue Book.
