Yonghui has requested that all CMC members please send him the following information for Letters of Invitation to the Spring 2018 CMC Meetings in Beijing, China:


*         A photocopy of your (and any accompanying individuals') passport information page clearly displaying nationality, passport number, name, gender, birth date, expiration date, etc.;

*         Your position/title and employer;

*         Whether or not you will require an original copy of your letter.

o   If yes, please provide a mailing address.
