[CMC] Fall CCSDS Meetings in Rome

Bonjour,

Thank you James for the reminders.
I had not dug out emails that long ago and I had missed the email sent June 10. The minutes of the mid-term are not that clear.

Anyway, I’ll be on a business trip the previous week returning on Sunday night.
I may miss the first morning or day in Rome… or more. Will check the flight options.

Two questions for David:

-          Will telco / webex be possible on the three days during the CMC ?

-          On the registration site is the option for meals / 60€ same on first and second week ? Not an issue: just to know. Could be interesting also for those who spend 2 weeks.

We discuss this in mid-term and we also provided information about starting CMC early prior to the mid-term telecon as well.  There is no mistake on website.

Bonjour

The webdesk for registration at the Fall meeting in Rome started this week.
The registration plans for CMC meetings from Oct 24 to Oct 26, Oct 24 also being the day for the CESG meeting.

This in contradiction with the minutes of the Spring meeting that say:

18.1     Fall 2016 Technical Plenary & CMC (ASI/Italy - Rome)

i.            The CMC discussed the fall 2016 meeting planning and indicated that the dates are confirmed from 17 to 21 October 2016. The Secretariat reported that meeting planning with ASI is under way to ensure logistics are appropriately supported for the October meeting. I believe we have confirmed the dates.
ii.            The CESG meeting will be held on 24 October 2016 in Rome.
iii.            The Joint CESG/CMC meeting will be held from 25 to 27 October 2016 in Rome.

The point was not discussed again at the mid-term teleconf so there was no further update … or did I miss anything?

Now of course, the question is … is it a misunderstanding from my side, a mistake in the registration form and/or should we modify our travel arrangements ?
