[CMC] Missing CMC Poll on SOIS Subnetwork WG Charter and Resources

Dear all,

The CESG poll for creating the SOIS Subnetwork WG, closed on 29th Oct 
2015, had several conditions raised by the ADs/DADs, which were finally 
agreed and solved on 12th Feb 2016

No CMC poll was issued for approval of the Charter and related Project 
(currently in Draft Status in the CWE).

Therefore, I am asking Laura and /or Brian, to issue asap the CMC poll

It should be noted that the 2 Draft Projects are as follows

Charter : 4.01 Subnetwork Services Working Group ‎(Projects = 2) 
SOIS Subnetwork Services - Subnetwork Deterministic Service     Magenta 
Book                    Resource Editor = NASA
SOIS Subnetwork Services - Utilization Profiles Blue Book Resource Editor 
= NASA, Proto 1= NASA, Proto 2= ESA
