Osvaldo is absolutely right.
I think, I have to distribute to all of you signed LoIs during CMC meeting in Rome.

So, dear CMC colleagues, you can already send me the next data in order  to confirm your participation in CMC meeting in Moscow:

-         First and Last Name (like it's written in passport);

-         Job;

-         Position;

-         For whom should be addressed  LoI.

The same information you should send me about your accompanying person (for e.g. wives, relatives, children, friends and etc.)

Moreover, Roscosmos would like to propose you an excursion tour to Gagarin Research and Test Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City. And we should identify the date.

We should start early enough with the VISA invitations for Russia, it takes time to get the invitation approved in the Embassy or Consulate in your hometown and then more time to get it in your pass.

Per the doodle poll (here<http://doodle.com/poll/yey7kae8e9z9ss3a>), the Spring 2017 CMC meeting will be held on 13-15 June 2017. The meeting will be hosted by Roscosmos and located in Moscow, Russia. More information regarding the exact meeting location and nearby lodging will be provided in the next several months.

If you have any questions or if you have a scheduling conflict with these dates please let me know as soon as possible.
