[CMC] Attendance of Mr. Mike Epperly (SwRI) at the April 2016 meeting of the CMC

Dear Nick,

As expressed in your message, I wish to manifest that from the part of INPE Mr. Mike 
Epperly, from SwRI) is naturally welcome to attend the CMC meeting in INPE, coming 
April.

Should I understand that Mr. Epperly is in need of a Letter-of-Invitation from INPE, for
the above mentioned purpose? If so, please, provide me with his complete 
professional address in your 1st. opportunity, so that the L-o-I may be issued and sent 
him in our earliest time.

Dear CMC Members,

At the kind invitation of the Southwest Research Institute (SwRI), and the concurrence of NASA, the Spring 2017 technical meetings will be held in San Antonio, Texas, USA at the headquarters of SwRI. The point of contact at SwRI, Mr. Mike Epperly, wishes to attend the April CMC meeting in Brazil to present the best Spring 2017 dates (and the rationale) for SwRI and San Antonio and their plans for hosting the meeting. He will only be present during the agenda item on Meeting Planning.

Please inform the Secretariat by 3 February 2016 if you have any objections to this request.
